Dr. Tape  -  Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Tape established Pediatric Dentistry in 1994 in Richmond, Texas with the philosophy that every child deserves the opportunity for quality care regardless of their race, social or economic background. In 2007, Dr. Tape expanded her practice to provide a new spacious state-of the-art office in Rosenberg only one mile from her original office.

Dr. Tape graduated cum laude from LSU with a Bachelorís Degree in Science and received her Doctorate from University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Tape then specialized in pediatric dentistry by completing a residency program at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston where she served as Chief Resident. In 2002, Dr. Tape received her Board Certification as a Diplomate from the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Tape is not only an active member but also a past editor of the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also involved in the local, state and national dental organizations.

Treating the underprivileged and underserved has also been a goal of Dr. Tapeís. She has served on a Mission Trip to Mexico as the only pediatric dentist.

Dr Tape is active in many local community organizations including serving on the Fort Bend Family Health Centerís Board, Oaks at Rio Bendís Board and as a member/officer of the Richmond Rotary Club. Dr. Tape is known for countless hours of volunteerism and her fundraising for many charities and community projects.

Dr. Tape is a passionate wife, mother, doctor, leader, motivator, and teacher with high moral values and a great compassion for others.  She has served as Associate Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston where she is considered a mentor and highly respected for her ďreal practice experiencesĒ.
